What to Expect
It seems the only current dining option within the airport are landslide cafes. WiFi is free in the waiting area. For added comfort while you wait, economy class passengers can pay to enter an airport lounge.
Where to Sleep
Seating is metal and mostly equipped with armrests, so it is not exactly meant to be slept on. But if you are staying the night, bring a pillow and wear some mosquito repellants. Airport staff may move you to a designated area. Complaints include poor air conditioning and loud announcements.

An ATM is available; The airport website mentions that Mastercard and Visa cards can be used at the machines, but there have been complaints about that it not accept international cards. Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
The airport is connected to the general Central Business District via city bus. If you know where you are going and your load is light, you can travel like locals do, at a fraction of the price of a taxi by taking a “Zonda” (shared-ride buses), which pass along a road just a short walk from the airport terminal. These have designated cards that locals tap and pay, you may have to buy one at arrival.
